THE AYVEN FOUNDATION

Our goal is to give jobs to over 1000 women in our factory in Mullaitivu.

Our mission

Our work in Sri Lanka began in 2024 with a simple goal: to create opportunity where it’s needed most. Since then, we’ve been helping grow two community projects in Mullaitivu that are already making a real difference.

Navigate is an innovation hub that we helped start. A space where students can explore filmmaking, English, robotics and other creative skills that open doors to new futures. It’s a place built to inspire curiosity and give young people the confidence to dream bigger.

ISAI is our clothing factory, currently employing six incredible mothers with the long-term goal of creating sustainable work for one hundred women. It’s more than a workplace. It’s stability, independence and a chance for families to build something lasting.

Ten percent of our income is dedicated to supporting and growing these initiatives, helping the Mullaitivu community create new opportunities for generations to come.

How You Can Help

Right now, we are personally funding the factory as we continue to build it up. It’s still early, but the vision is growing. Our goal is to expand the ISAI factory, bring in more equipment, hire more staff, and have steady work for even more mothers in our community.

If you’d like to support what we’re building in Mullaitivu, we’re releasing Red Lotus merch as a way for our community to be part of this journey. The simplest way to help is by purchasing merch through the link below. One hundred percent of the money from this merch goes directly back into the factory to help create jobs and support families. It genuinely means more than you know!

The goal is to build a large factory and create long term, meaningful jobs for hundreds of mothers. We’re currently supporting six mothers and working toward many more.

Thank you for caring. It truly makes a difference.

Giving back is the whole point of this journey.

When our work supports someone else’s life, that is where the real success lives.
